Galvanized flat steels are produced by coating both surfaces of cold rolled metal with a zinc layer by the hot dip process. After the zinc coating is formed on the steel surface, galvanized flat steels are produced by converting the coating on the interface into a zinc-iron alloy layer as a result of induction heating.
Galvanized / galvanized steels are passivated by chromating and / or oiling to protect the zinc coating formed on the surface.
The surface qualities of galvanized materials are produced in three different surface qualities, A, B and C (the best), based on international standards.
